Why Do People Handling?

People manual handling is a must have in today’s workplace especially those who work within the Healthcare sector and whose duties involve adjusting and moving individuals. This in-class training is essential for workers that engage in any lifting, pushing, pulling or carrying heavy loads as all of these actions pose a threat to the back if not done correctly. This training is required by the Health & Safety Authority (General Application Regulations 2007 chapter 4 of part 2, “Manual handling loads”) . This regulation states that any employee engaging in manual handling tasks must be given the appropriate training. A Trojan Safety People Handling certificate is the perfect investment for your CV as it has been accepted by employers in all industries.
